M635 CSI

This “Shark-Nose” BMW spent all its life in sunny California but the car had actually been built for the European market and was delivered in Germany in 1984. The car moved to San Rafael, together with its owner, in 1985. This first and only owner kept his car until 2015 and, witness the enormous amount of bills that have been preserved, this car was highly valued by him. In 2015, the car was discovered by a Dutch BMW specialist who had the car shipped back to Europe. After an extensive maintenance the car was resprayed in its original, actual colour to remove the marks of the indicators that been fitted to the side panels in the US, where they are required by law. This operation revealed that the car hadn’t rusted nor had it suffered any damage. The popularity of the M635 CSI has recently seen a big rise, which is not surprising as its fantastic driving qualities and beautiful lines, in combination with a limited supply, make this car very desireable.
